Fresh, made-from-scratch

We love fresh! With AVI Fresh, there are no bags of lettuce in the kitchen. There are no canned soups or instant potatoes. What you will see is fresh, natural ingredients and our culinary team passionately chopping, dicing and sizzling a wide array of amazing culinary creations to perfection right before your eyes!

Health and Wellness

Providing wellness selections is simply a part of our commitment. Our proprietary wellness program, nutriSOURCE, is a multi-faceted approach to wellness. Our mission is much more than healthy foods. We work diligently to educate and provide the choices our customers are seeking. Wellness selections are clearly identified with easy to understand labeling in the cafes.

Reducing our environmental footprint and integrating sustainable practices is vitally important. Each team member is encouraged to conserve and treat resources with respect.  Simple things like switching off lights to major initiatives to reduce environmental impact are a part of our company’s culture and beliefs.
